The School Day

Gates are opened at 8.40am and all children need to be in their class ready for registration at 8.50am.  

Early Years, Year 1 and Year 2 will have a classroom snack break in the morning.  They begin their lunchtime break at 12.00am, go in to the hall at for their food and then play.  Lunch break finishes at 1.00pm.  

KS2 begin their lunch break play at 12.00pm, and eat 12.30 - 1.00pm. They have a morning break and the opportunity for playing with their friends, exercise, fresh air and a snack.

Children in Early Years and Key Stage 1 qualify for a hot school meal under the Government’s Universal Infant Free School Meals scheme (UIFSM) but if they prefer may bring in a packed lunch. Hot meals are also available for Key stage 2 children and can be ordered via Chartwells, our hot food provider Hot School Meal Information

‘Home-time’ for all EYFS,KS1 and KS2 children is at 3.15pm.
